I just received this set for Christmas and I really like it! I too was nervous about switching from non-stick, but it hasn't been too negative. Just make positive you spray with non-stick just before creating hashbrowns LOL The set is breathtaking and functional. LOVELOVELOVE the glass lids and grippy handles. The only factor it needs is a larger pan as the two supplied are fairly small. I went ahead and bought Rachael Ray five Quart Challenging Anodized Orange Oval Saute Pan with Helper Deal with to complete the set.
I got this set for Christmas and was so excited. I did all my research and knew what I was getting into with Stainless Steel. I do not have any complications with clean up with this set, just soak it a tiny or wash immediately right after cooking and no difficulties. It nevertheless looks lovely at present. Nonetheless, like the others my tiny pot leaks at the rivets in the handles. Now unlike the other individuals my set came with no "instructions" or knowledge about the manufacturer. So I had to analysis with Amazon's support how to send it back for warranty coverage. Meyer Corporation is the name of the provider who holds the warranty. Now I sent this back at /the finish of Feb. and they had been recieved on 2/24/09 and I have not heard from the provider but. I submitted a aid ticket about this on Monday of this week, I was told within two days I would have a response. Nowadays is Thursday and no response. I wish there was a way for Rachel to know what kind of Customer Service her fans had been recieving for her producers. Anyway, other than I am now down 1 pot I like this set. I wish I could have gotten satisfaction from the warranty dept. and then I would not have a complaint.
