When I got these I was so excited about the idea. The Concept is fantastic, they are just not put together particularly nicely. I purchased 2 of these sets. I followed the directions and I mounted them, then filled the individual containers with my spices. They leak. Where the silver in the front meets the plastic on the side there is a gap and it leaks. It is a fairly huge gap so even the flaky thicker spices come via and not just the ground up ones. I thought it was just that 1, but out of the 2 carousels 24 individual containers 5 of them had this situation. I did not want to return them given that I already have visible holes for mounting and all my spices are loaded up and prior containers thrown away. I known as the provider and spoke with Brenda and told her my issue. I believed possibly they could send me some individual replacement containers and I would send the defective ones back to her, she mentioned they exactly where four$ each. I didn't see why I should certainly have to pay for there defective canisters twice. She said she would talk to her manager Owen then named me back and mentioned no again. She was particularly nice about it but I am nevertheless left fixing there defect with silicone or one thing. So thanks for nothing at all fox run. fox run is the name of the organization that makes these kitchen art items. Nevertheless a great idea which is why they got two stars.They just need to study to put them together superior and aid there prospects even more to maintain them pleased.
Very inventive product. But the qualtiy did not match the price. It was very difficult placing two units togeter. Also 4 of the individual spice containers where coming apart. Then 1 container leaked out the spice that was put in. Emailed Amazon about the problem - would have to return the two units ordered when I currently had loaded up most of the spices and printed labels for them. Named the mfg. and they could not just replace the bad containers. So had to use glue. Disappointing.
