I was certainly impressed with these. I loved the easy clean and the way they cook. More costly pots and pans have a particular evenness in the heat when cooking. The metal core of the pan/pot dissipates the heat evenly. I've bought low-priced pans that will have specific locations of the pan that burn food when other areas do not get hot. These perform just as great as high priced copper core pots/pans at a bargain price. My only beef was that the ought to have been sitting a for a lengthy time in some dirty warehouse. They arrived fairly dirty. Not a biggie though. I cleaned and seasoned them. Gonna BBQ with these this Summer! :-)

Fantastic deal just huge enough for 1 individual or two or 3 at most. it really is a small set and just

suitable for me as I freeze left overs .....very best of all is the flavor of the food and as soon as
