Costumer Critiques

Any person who, like me, is new to cooking with stainless steel requirements to do a thorough job researching their possibilities prior to buying. This is a terrific set, but if I had to do it over, I would in all probability go for anodized or nonstick just because of my individual preferences. Forget trying to cook with especially little oil or just cooking spray as you can with nonstick. The pans tend to discolor and stain so a specific cleaner like barkeeper's friend is required. I'm confident these will be quite durable and they do distribute heat really nicely. I was rather impressed by their consumer service! Overall, I'd advocate this product, but only to these who know they want stainless and are a lot more adept at cooking with it than I am!

Pros

- Have good weight to them

- A single of the pan lids fits on 10" skillet which is nice

- Non Stick is incredibly efficient

- Very good heat spread over pan and cooks evenly

- Handles do not get hot at all (but handles on lids do)

- Attractive set general

- Cool laser etching measurements

- Excellent versatility on this set

Cons

- Not one particular piece construction, bottom seems it is adhered on to pan

- Handles are uncomfortable if you get a negative grip on a heavy pan

- Pans without difficulty choose up discoloration from cooking (just aesthetic blemish, but can be remedied with proper cleaning products.)

- Laser etching in quarts...?

- Not completely dishwasher secure.

- Some distinct guidelines established in the care book that have to be noted to sustain the limited lifetime warranty.

Notes:

- When washing and cooking noticed the water go into the lid around the edge a bit, not positive if this will turn into a issue. The subsequent day it was gone so it did not remain. Wasn't genuinely thrilled about the general construction of the lids...but they do the job effectively without defect so far.

- Laser etching is in quarts...personally would rather have it in cups
