Costumer Critiques

Honestly spectacular on the stove. The shining, sloping sides add a pretty elegant and sophisticated air. Highly speedy and even heating. Handles stay cool. Just all around a wonderful cookset! We just about didnt get it for 2 issues: we had been concerned the handles would get too hot (they remain cool!) and tricky cleaning ..we were searching for non-stick (these nevertheless clean quick and very easy with a swipe of a brillo pad). We've since realized that non-stick would wear out in 5-7 years but with out it...these need to last pretty much forever! Great purchase.

Update: four years later and I still love the set! They operate wonderful. They are holding up well. No concerns at all.

Original evaluation:

This cookware is terrific! I purchased it following going by means of my second set of anodized nonstick that didn't remain nonstick. I wish they had extra pieces obtainable that match. I've already bought the saute pan and the roaster separately. Regrettably, I had to get a nonmatching KitchenAid saucier.

I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about the sloping sides at very first. But they've grown on me -- they operate. The lids do not get as hot as other pans I have.

It heats evenly and holds the heat forever. They're hassle-free to clean - a handful of minutes soak for the worst mess works - and you can use brillo pads. You can use metal utensils (wisks, spatulas, SPOONS) in it. Folks, there is a purpose that you by no means see the real chefs on Food Network using nonstick!

But for me personally, the top was when my mother-in-law came to remain for a couple of weeks and realized she had created a mistake paying large bucks for her All-Clad set. All-Clad is good and fantastic for the status conscious, but if you are in fact preparing to cook with your pans, why don't you get a set that leaves you some money to decide to buy the wonderful components to match. (Don't get me incorrect. My MIL is a terrific cook -- but I assume a salesman convinced her to purchase the A-C for her new induction cooktop.)
