I purchased this product late November of 2009 and initially liked it fine. Here is what I wrote initially:

Now we are 10 weeks later and 2 knobs that hold the motor component and the attachments with each other have come off. Not good, of course. Am now about to call customer service to get the item replaced and will update on how that goes.
But the truth that this has occurred at all, shows this is not a really properly engineered item unfortuntely...

I place frozen berries in, some honey, Nutribiotic Prozone 30-30-40 Vanilla powder (most beneficial protein powder I've ever tried!), chia seeds and So Delicious Coconut Milk.
This chops up the frozen berries in a matter of seconds! NO KIDDING! I am amazed at how powerful this thing is! AND 1 other little perk that I don't recall everyone else mentioning is that the blades are all stainless steel and the bottom of it is too, so, when you run it below water or use it in water/detergent cup to clean you can see the leading portion of the blades so you know they are clean too! With units in the past, the top rated component of the blades weren't visible considering there was no reflection due to the bottom being plastic not stainless steel. I think it is a great added feature that most possibly do not even recognize. (I hope I explained that correctly so persons comprehend what I am attempting to say) I use it on 5 setting on turbo in case everyone was wondering.
I haven't utilised any of the other blades, whisk attachment or the chopper attachment yet, so I can't comment on these, but I was very pleasantly shocked at the size of the whisk and the chopper bowl!
